You typically have what I'm looking for and I believe your employees give me the straight scoop when I have questions. Products and services are getting so expensive, it's imperative that consumers can trust the vendors that they choose to spend their hard earned dollars with. We all have choices, so I'm glad you are there!

Wanted to get a ebike hitch rack. There were several models to view in the store and the salesperson was excellent in pointing out the pros and cons of each model. When asked a specification question he couldn’t answer, he immediately went and looked it up. There was no pressure to buy. I left to further research the choices and came back several days later. I had a different salesperson and the service was equally excellent. He helped me walk through the choices and I purchased a hitch rack. Great place.
As usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The multiple locations enable them to be able to have items at one location and enable me to pick up what I need at a more convenient location.

We really liked the individualized help and service we received. We believe we offered the accessories that we would utilize the most and would be our top priorities. No high pressure sales tactics. Great cycling education for novice bike owners. We were picking up close to closing time but at no time felt rushed. We will definitely return for service and future sales. We would highly recommend Eddy's to friends and family looking to purchase a bike!
