I brought a bike I had shipped to Ohio in to Eddy's to have it reassembled on a Monday and by Monday afternoon I received a call stating my bike was ready for pick-up. I really wasn't expecting it until late week but they got it done sooner and I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and was willing to answer any questions I had.
Also while in the store I shopped around and they carry a good inventory of bike, equipment, clothing, nutrition, etc.....

The staff are so polite and helpful - I've come teice for bike accessories and been immediately addressed, pointed in the right direction and had all my questions answered. When I can afford to upgrade to a nicer bike I'd like to buy it from Eddys
Eddy's in Stow has been my most used bike shop since 2006. I live 45 minutes away. What more can you say. Great store with customer service to match. Jackson, in the service department , is super knowledgeable and always friendly. Keep up the great job.
The selection was amazing, really had every option available. Having so many accessories on hand made it easy to kit out my new bikes. I was happy that after my purchase I just had to go get some lunch and come back to get two fully tuned, ready to ride, kitted out bikes.
Though I’ve not been on a bike for quite awhile, I hope to after knee surgery. Then I’ll probably be in the market for an electric bike, budget permitting. While raising 4 children, Eddy’s became our go-to bike shop for new & used bikes, and equipment. The shop also provided maintenance for extending the life & value of our “fleet!” I could always rely on Eddy’s staff for solid, honest advice. I would have no trouble recommending Eddy’s to anyone who wants good merchandise with great backup service!
