The repair shop has always gotten us in and out quick, and they're nice people to work with. They know what they're talking about, which is nice, since I'm a just casual rider who values their expertise.
I had a part on back order for about 3 or 4 months. And they're really nice about refunding me the money since it never came in. Don't anything I wish they would have done different? Is they call me and let me know? It's not looking too good.

I like that eddy has a nice selection of bike products. Every time I go to the Willoughby Hills eddy’s the people are so nice and helpful and always look and fix my bike while I wait. Great customer service…I can’t say that about every eddys. I moved and I am So glad I live close to this one.
