Best services ever! Awesome staff. I bought my grandson a 16” bike on Saturday. The gentleman helping us said they needed to assemble the bike and said there were a few bikes a head of ours and it should be available for pick up Sunday. We were ok with that but he seen the disappointment in my grandsons face and asked us what we were doing next. I told him we were going out to lunch. I received a call 45 minutes later that the bike was ready for pick up. He made my grandsons weekend’ Thank you so much for all you do.
I like Trek products and working with Frazier was a pleasure. Frazier told me what he would do and he did exactly that. He seems to genuinely enjoy what products he sells and he's focused on giving the client both what they think they want and what will work best for the money spent. Give that man a raise!
We arrived ready to by bikes and already did research on possible bikes. What we
weren't expecting was the level of personal customer service we received. Deb showed us different options and was very knowledgeable. She addressed my kids by their names and answered their questions as well. We have already taken the kids out with their bikes and they love them!
