Always a great experience shopping here. Never any high pressure or pushy sales people, just ones that ask you what you want and find it for you. There are a lot of black and dark gray bikes being made these days, I told my salesman Steve that I like red. He quickly appeared with a beautiful red Trek that I test rode and took home. This was the 3rd bike I've bought at Eddy's.

Deb and Jimmy did a great job with my husband and me. They spent several hours with us both times we visited. They made sure we knew all our options and answered our questions regarding the bikes. They also helped us get the fits correct and make sure we understood how our bikes work.

Quick on-the-spot service at Montrose~ thanks to Otis for taking a look and making adjustments to my bike. Did not have to leave it and was only about 20 mins.
We are not over the top bicyclists, but we've been in Eddy's a number of times for bike purchases, maintenance and the purchase of accessories. There are a number of reasons for going to Eddy's, which includes convenience, but it is the knowledge of the staff, so we can make the best informed decisions of a purchase without any pressure whatsoever. I would only suggest Eddy's to anyone that would ask for my advice.
