Staff is always helpful, both the retail staff & the bike repair staff. Even when the store is busy. Yesterday I had to replace my road biking shoes. A member of the retail staff helped me pick out the right new pair, & was very patient with my excessive trying one pair after another before making a final choice.

Hi. So I came in to have my bike fixed and like I suspected. They were honest and parts I couldn’t source weren’t available.
So I decided it was time to buy a new one. My sales man was helpful, respectful of my budget, (sub 1000) and actually steered me away from a bike that was to big but in my range For me being in sales these were all very positive things as it seems they want happy customers not just sales. We looked over some options and I decided to purchase a bike that fit me, was in stock, and just needed to be built. I was told 1-2 days. and was okay with the wait. To my surprise 5 hours later I get a call and it’s ready for pickup. I purchased some pedals and a kickstand and he installed them while I waited, gave me the rundown, ensured proper seat height, walked me through the warranty and I couldn’t be happier. Well done Eddy’s! I’ll be a customer for life!
Loved how up front they were when assessing what needed to be done on our bikes we received from our in-laws that have been sitting for years. They weren’t trying to haggle us to buy the most expensive equipment and they were very efficient in getting our bikes back to us. Overall I would work with this team of people for my bike needs every time.

From the point I entered the building to leaving I was treated with respect as I am just getting back into biking after a few years, the had the exact products that I wanted/ needed.
I took in an older bike that I wanted to keep for sentimental reasons. I asked them to rebuild it like new and add a wicker basket. It has never rode as well as it does now. I love it!

Had an extremely helpful salesperson on Weds June 21. Helped me by repairing my bike, showing me proper care and cleaning of the bike, and sold me a racing helmet. Didn’t catch his name but he was extremely helpful.
Eddy’s helped me overcome my own poor planning by working in our bikes for tune ups in time for a half Ironman (for a reasonable fee). The techs are all knowledgeable and friendly and always bear with me for not really knowing anything about my own bike. They’re great for novices like me and I’d imagine extremely experienced riders
I had been in last yr. and Nick had introduced me to the Trek bike, the fit was very comfortable being I'm short. Fast forward to now and Carter was very informative on reasons to shop there or a sporting goods store etc.
