It’s great to receive TRUE customer service from a retailer. Mike took the time to troubleshoot an issue I had with my bike after a chain drop. He verified there were no issues that would cause the problem again, educated me on probable cause, and evaluated my frame for damage He also gave me some information on upgrading my Di2 without it feeling like an up sell.
I can always find components and accessories cheaper online, but I’ll continue to patronize Mike and Chain Reaction because service, and being able to talk to someone face to face will always be more important than saving $10 bucks.
Mike was amazing in having the parts on hand to repair my 42-year old Schwinn, and he turned it around in less than one day because he understood it's my commute bike. My hat is off to Mike and Chain Reaction Bicycles! Thanks for keeping me riding.
I found my experience very helpful. All the store employees were awesome. Steve expecially was great with not just service but his knowledge of all bikes and related accessories.

Great service, whether general tune-up, diagnostics, or new bike selection/purchase.
Picked up my bike Friday evening and went for a ride Saturday morning and had a significant number of initiated gear shifts. Didn't get a chance to look at it after that ride but had a ride Sunday morning which I had many more unintended shifts and when I finished the ride I centered up the small chain ring with the appropriate cog on the cassette and saw the derailleur was definitely out of alignment. I will be putting it on my stand and using the electronic adjustment feature to click it over once or twice to align. I shouldn't have to do that, it should have come back to me that way.
