I needed my rear brake bled and the shop I purchased the brakes at last year had gone out of business. The tech at Chain Reaction was happy to preform the work and let me know that he would do whatever he could to warranty the brakes, if bleeding did not work. I was relieved to have the support!

Chain Reaction in Redwood City is family owned and the warmth of family greets you when you enter the shop. The service is exemplary, the products first rate. Since our first visit to Chain Reaction we have been loyal customers, recommending them to others. We are made to almost feel a part of their family as well and can’t imagine having our bikes serviced anywhere else.
The customer service from Steve and everyone there was phenomenal from start to finish. We picked up my daughters bike for Xmas as ordered and there was even a red bow on it. Would highly recommend again!
