I was greeted at the door by a very helpful young man and let him know I was having a problem with my bike. They looked it over thoroughly and the next time I rode my bike it was working perfectly!!! They sold me a bike seat when I was there last time and it is the best seat I have ever
had. I also needed a new helmet and the salesman was very knowledgeable and I got a great helmet at a reasonable price. I have bought two bikes from Chain Reaction and it is the only shop I will go to for bike maintenance!!
I was able to bring my bike in for a simple adjustment even though the regular service is a long wait.
