Even though I did not purchase my bike from Cahaba Cycles, they are always willing to help me, answer my questions, and service my bike ON THE SPOT!
I was shocked! (And in the best possible way) by the service.
We’ve all been there: middle of a ride and something goes south.
Unless you happen to have brought the right combination of tools and supplies in your car, your ride is over….not today!
On a Sunday ride at oak mountain my brakes failed. Not only was the OakMTN Cahaba location open on Sunday (for anything to be open in Bham on Sunday is a small miracle)
But they had the right kind of hydraulic brake fluid AND were able to fix me up, all in just the time it took me to have a beer at the Taco Mac next door.
The ride continued! This time with a lot more brakes (thanks to Cahaba Cycles) and a little more float (Thanks to Taco Mac and their beer)

I came in to look at the Aventon Aventure 2. I was a little hesitant because I've been to other bike shops over the years but because I'm not a "serious" bicycle rider, some of those shops were a bit dismissive. This was not the case at Cahaba Cycles. Chris Last name removed was awesome to work with. He took a great deal of time answering questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wound up buying the bike. I was on my motorcycle so I wasn't planning to buy that day but after working with Chris, I made my decision. I came back to get it the next day. Again, he was super helpful in making sure that everything was perfect and then helped me load it. Kudos to Cahaba Cycles and Chris. I will not hesitate to refer people to you.

I came in to get an old bike brought back to life, one that I bought from Cahaba Cycles 25 years ago. I was met at the door with a friendly greeting and walked over to service. There, Kenny explained what I needed and outlined the cost. Just a few days later I got a text saying the bike was ready. It looks and rides like new. Great experience from start to finish.
Andrew was amazing with his expertise and kindness in helping us purchase the best bikes for us.
