My wife and I are new to mt biking, and 2nd ride i got a flat tire ,so we stopped by and the tire was fixed , our questions were answered and we were on our way . Very courteous, fast , and professional service. We'll definitely be back

This is a really nice shop and everyone was very helpful.
With that said, I was disappointed by the online store. I ordered brake pads online to make sure I got the right ones think it would be easy to pay for them beforehand and swing by and pick them up. However, after I placed the order, I received an email saying that it would be ready the next day. I needed the brake pads, so I went to the Homewood store several hours later thinking thae order would probably be ready, or at least easy to pick up early. The guy who was helping me had considerable difficulty with my order because the order had not processed through the system. Once I finally got my pads and left, I noticed the price tag on the back of the box said they cost $38.99. I paid $47 before tax. I don’t plan to use this option again, unfortunately.

A tire repair was done quickly and right in front of me so I could watch. He also added some extra bands to the rim to prevent the inner tube from getting holes in the future.
