Professional but not elitist about cycling
Friendly staff.
Chris in service was awesome to work with. That man knows his stuff!! I appreciate him being so thorough. I even made a change to add a riser 1/2 way through my service. It was no big deal and he handled it all. And he had my bike completed on time even with all the extra work!
Overall, I do like Cahaba Cycles, but some of the prices do seem quite high. I would recommend looking for ways to reduce prices, but still keep everything else about the store awesome. I love the good product selection, nice store, helpful employees, and prompt service. Keep up the good work!
Chris was very helpful! I came in asking for help on a used bike I purchased for my son’s birthday. He inspected it for me and made some recommendations. He made sure it would be safe and ready to go. Thank you, Chris!

People are super friendly and helpful. They give REAL opinions and knowledge. Not just company speak. Have a nice variety of products that span most price points. Not just expensive. Quality seems to be good on most everything.

GREAT customer service. The whole team is fantastic, but Chris in particular went above and beyond to resolve my issue. These guys - and the brands they rep (TREK in this case) know how to make and keep customers for life. I will be looking NOWHERE ELSE when it’s time to upgrade my bikes!!
I love the Trek bike brand and am grateful to have such a knowledgeable group of folks at Cahaba Cycle to help make good informed choices about bike purchases. Not only do they help with the purchases but the service after the sale is second to none. I deal primarily with the Homewood location for convenience sake, but I am sure all the other locations are the same. Chris West and all the guys at the Homewood location are great to work with. If you are looking for a bike, give these guys a call you will be glad you did.

I was camping at Oak Mountain State Park, when my wife bent her derailer. Unable to fix it myself and leaving the campground the next day, I came to Cahaba Cycles. The staff was awesome and repaired the bike within two hours due to the time crunch of leaving the next day!
