Bought our bikes at first lockdown. Very pleased with them, some teething problems but sorted out easily. Just taken in for first service. (Include in purchase price). Would have been helpful if requirements for washing bike beforehand had been made clear. Other than that all good.
Particular thanks go to Richard for fitting the thru axle adapters and giving me some technical advice about setting up my new Hope wheels. Cheers!
Very helpful and had to work hard to get my bike fixed/replaced. We only felt the manufacturer was letting everybody down.
I think the service is great, knowledgeable and friendly staff always on hand for you to pick their brains. Pretty much always have a good selection of clothing and spares in stock to sort you out, even in these trying times.

Fantastic shop full of great bikes and accessories. The product i bought was cheaper than i could find anywhere else local. While I was there the lads really made my life easy and explained everything i would need to know.
