Very impressed by the genuine level of interest shown to my wife when she called to collect some bike parts & happened to mention that I had just undergone a knee replacement operation meant that I was finding it difficult to fully rotate the pedals on my bicycle. A very helpful member of staff informed her about a revolutionary Dutch invention which enabled people like myself to resume cycling by way of a system which shortens the crank at the top of each turn of the pedals on whichever side is affected by such surgery. This was just brilliant news to me & I fully intend visiting the shop myself to explore this idea further with a view to getting started.

Dealt with Alistair , who was very professional and couldn’t do enough to help me out , we were in need of a d nut for my sons bike , I had rang about 13 different suppliers whom all seemed non plussed at putting any effort into such a small enquiry but for my lad who needed the bike back today for a competition he’s entered this was a massive deal. Not only did Alex find us the part but he then got it couriered to us so we managed to get the bike fixed in time !!!! It was a pleasure to deal with him and Big Bear Bikes and we will certainly look to repay this kind gesture by using you in the future ! Absolutely over the moon with the service and Alistair was a consummate professional and an asset to your business !!
