Big Bear Bikes offered an incredible deal on a fantastic Trek en-bike, then advised me on how I could make it even more affordable by buying it through a ride to work scheme. They recommended the most cost effective scheme, and were very patient while waiting for it all to be set up. The bike was then built for me, and hand delivered halfway across the country, for a very reasonable delivery fee. They called me to make sure my deposit was repaid before I had even remembered it. A very human service with a trustworthy and knowledgeable team.

I always have a good experience when I call in to big bear bike's. The staff are always very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful .
Google search indicated that prices at Bike Bear Bikes were competitive. Had good response to my initial email, then helpful/informative conversation via phone regarding Trek Domane+ electric bikes. Certainly felt Big Bear Bike wanted to answer any questions to help you as a paying customer (unlike some bike shops I've tried over the years ! ).

I approached Big Bear Bikes following a referral from my best mate and they didn't disappoint. They quickly sourced the specific Trek eMTB model I was searching for. We agreed the price and a date for pick up. On arrival at the shop I was greeted by Oliver who gave me a comprehensive run down on the features and operation of the bike.
