We didn’t have a clue what we were looking for. Our little granddaughter was struggling to ride her first bike. Was advised to look for a second hand balance bike which we did and she has never looked back. We took her to the shop and she was measured for a frog bike and we picked it up yesterday. We made 5 visits in total, no pressure whatsoever, brilliant very knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommend this shop. Nothing is to much trouble.

I came to your store in Pickering as a result of a visit to Darby forest where I had taken my disabled boy to try an electric bike as he has problems with his legs hopefully for him to continue riding ( The service I received there from Dave was fantastic not only did he fit us in on a morning session which we weren’t supposed to but he also got other members of staff to look after us while he was on holiday in Skegness ) Thank you Dave and to the shop yesterday was exactly the same with the service from Bobby B spent time explaining the ins/ outs of cycle helmets as a result we purchased the right helmet for my lad

Went into the shop with an idea of what we required. Given all the relevant information by Mike, given instruction and test rides. No pressure into buying but left with two new e-bikes. The Raleigh Motus is outstanding, looking forward to lots of use in UK and Europe.
