Staff were knowledge but friendly and didn't make me feel stupid when I was a bit clueless. I felt confident that I was getting good advice and not just a hard sell. When it came to choosing a bike no-one was pushy and I was given different price options so that I could decide what was right for me. It was a very positive experience.

I can’t recommend Big Bear Bikes enough. From our first visit, looking for a balance bike for my little girl, Alistair was very helpful and provided fantastic guidance. Letting her have a good ride around the shop trying it out. Every member of the team were we spoke to were all interested in how she was doing and made us feel welcome. I then collected it was it was assembled and was looked after by Mike. Again, very knowledgeable and helpful. This was our first purchase but won’t be our last. Thank you Big Bear Bikes.

Excellent customer service from Alastair, good advice provided & nothing was too much trouble. Bikes were stored in the shop until we moved back into our renovated property. Bikes picked up this week, everything was clearly explained to us , really impressed with the offer of a bike safety check after 4 weeks or so. Would highly recommend, thank you !

I am impressed from the initial contact with the store on arrival by the way your colleague listened to my story regarding why I wanted to purchase an E bike and then matched the bike to my needs . I felt valued as a customer and your colleague Oliver had a lot of patience and took time over ensuring I was able to trial the bikes outside the store and gave good advice regarding ergonomics .
