Customer service is very good. Staff very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Kept me updated on repair/ service and went out of their way to help, couldn’t fault them, or praise them enough. “Bobby” in workshops is excellent, a credit to the store, would ( will) use again and highly recommend.

From the moment Alex introduced himself, right through to the hand over of the bikes a few weeks later he was nothing but professional, helpful and courteous. He went to the time and trouble to explain everything to my partner myself, and went over and above and out of his way to make sure that what we were buying and what we got was exactly what we needed. On returning to collect the bikes again, his help and proficiency was 2nd to none. I will go as far as saying I wouldn’t buy a bike now anywhere else.
