Had my bike in for a service, quick turnaround and also explained everything they did to it.
Just got my trek powerfly serviced and up graded while I was there I looked at road bikes ie synapse 105 carbon ended up buying it at at a very reasonable price . Very happy with mike who helped and advised me on correct fit and adjustment etc 10/10 for service can’t wait to collect it.

The service I got in Pickering was excellent. Again I would recommend it to anyone. The knowledge, understanding and support I received was second to none. The man was very patient with me whilst I decided which bike was best for me. He was not pushy towards me buying the more expensive option which I was very impressed about.

Helpful, friendly and patient staff. As not very knowledgeable about bikes staff answered all my questions and queries with sensitivity. First ride on my Trek fx3 yesterday. Anxious at first after riding a heavy Raleigh shopper for years but by the end of the ride felt more relaxed and very happy with my purchase. Bike seat a little uncomfortable but advised by Breeze leader to wait and review after a few more rides.

Took my bike in for a service. Very efficient and respectful treatment, careful explanation of everything that had been done, and of what might need doing in future. But felt no pressure to get it done now. Happy with the service and work done - bike feels much better and safer.
