I was only wanting new and better lights for my road bike, and the guy serving us spent quite some time making sure I got what was right for my bike. If he thought i was a bit awkward, or my bike set up was a bit awkward, he didn't say so, and persevered until good fitting and performance products were found. Thankyou

First impressions of the store is a great selection and amount of bikes to look at and try. Secondly a friendly no pressure approach from the staff to help. I tried two bikes and was helped by a very knowledgeable salesman called Mike who answered all of my technical and daft questions. Also picking my bike up was done with a great handover and idiots guide to charging my new ebike. Highly recommended!

Excellent service nothing too much trouble saved the bike I bought for a good few months with no charge till I was ready to take it away . I would highly recommend big bear bikes to all my friends and family.
We have used big bear bikes over the years, most recently upgrading mine, my little boys & husband’s bikes along with gear too. Oliver is alway very helpful & knowledgeable about products. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. :)
