Great service to order and collect new bike
Richard and the service team were brilliant, I set them a task with my old pride and joy road bike but nothing was too much trouble, even my many phone calls requesting updates didn’t break their professionalism, BBB was a pleasure to deal with and I will be using them as my go to cycle store from now on.
On a side note it would be nice if they stocked more then just TREK / Bontrager but I understand they operate similar to a Giant or Specialized Concept store, that said they stock a great range of clothing and accessories too.

Big Bear Bikes has a fantastic range of bikes, both manual and electric, Their sales and service staff are very attentive and understand their products well. I was deal with by Alistair who gave me the time to try out a number of electric bikes and explained about them in great detail. He was not pushy and at no time did I feel pressured to buy a bike. However, I did and am delighted with my choice.
