We went in to the shop. We was welcome by all the staff. We had a nice look around first. Then are son found a bike he like. We then found an Oliver a member of staff. He told us all about the bike. Then we found a better bike. My son had a little ride on the bike around the car park. Which was great too. He was very very helpful from start to finish. He kept in contact on the phone. A great service. A 100% top class service. Well done team big bear bike 🚲

I very much liked the product and the help and assistance given was very very useful, I did regret not being in a position to buy a brand new cycle of my choice but we have to be realistic about spending hard earned cash
However the gentleman in the shop asked me what i was looking for and did i have a budget in mind we discussed this for a while and he came up with a pre owned cycle that was in very goo condition and hit the top of my budget, I tried the cycle under supervision and have to say it exceeded my expectations so the deal was done? Brilliant.
My thanks to all the staff involved particularly Mike who went over and above . I now have my frist e bike and am delighted with it
