I was just talking to my wife last night about leaving a review about Big Bear bikes, I currently work in food retail and Foodservice sector. Our mission is to always wow our customers, not just in terms of product quality, but all our interactions, Technical, Continuous improvement, NPD etc. Our customers tell us we are great to deal with. Anyway, the point is Big Bear Wow'd me. You really do a great job with customer service. Alasdair was great from start to finish. I'm sure the cycle to work scheme can be daunting to people that have not done it before, well turned out to be straight forward.
My wife will be buying a bike shortly too, we both said we would use Big Bear for that. We even said if we buying anything cycle wise we would take the short trip from Whitby to your shop.
