The customer service at BSP is excellent. The team are knowledgeable, competent and go out of their way to help - both for sales and after sales servicing and follow up. This has been the case for both my high end road bike, and simple new bikes for our children.

Kevin was great. These were exactly the parts I needed, he looked up the schematics and even mailed them to me. I had to hammer the bearing a bit to fit inside, but I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles. I got extra help at no additional cost.
You can choose from 3 different locations to pick up your bike. Prompt service - the guy quickly installed a kick stand for me.
Had a warranty issue with a product sold by one of your distributors. Purchased elsewhere. Took care of the issue for me.

I ordered my Powerfly 4 e-bike on line with BPS Cycles. it was the grey one, the only colour I wanted. It was sitting at the North Vancouver store. I asked if it could be shipped to their new store in Langley and just under 2 weeks later it was there for pick-up. I arrived there on Thursday and after a short search it was located. The store itself was well spread out and lots of bikes and accessories. Staff were very friendly and quick to answer any questions you have. They were very busy on this day with new inventory. My bike needed a few minor adjustments, this was dealt with promptly. Why I chose this bicycle was because I'am a recent recipient of a double lung transplant and I needed a bicycle that I could ride in other terrain other than pavement or level ground. This bike is pedal assist and there is no throttle involved. It keeps your legs moving when your riding up hills, and is great exercise for your legs and lungs.
