An employee of the North Vancouver store, Mark, stood out for his helpfulness, honesty, very good customer service, and sincere approach to his job. As well, the Manager of the North Vancouver store, Dean, put a lot of effort into helping me. Dean tried his best to make up for the poor behaviour of a new employee (my first contact at the store in North Vancouver) who fell short on professionalism, misinformed me about the BSP's policies, told me the shop did not allow test rides, and was responsible for allowing two customers (one was me) to fall onto the concrete floor of the shop. I could have been seriously injured and the shop might have been sued as a result.

I was fortunate to have a very well informed staff member help me with the purchase of an e-bike. She was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, adjusted the bike to fit me, and even helped me get my new bike on my bike carrier. The store was safe re: Covid and all staff were respectful.
My electric bike made noise in many places, and your shop's maintenance staff checked and replaced the damaged parts on the spot.Let me ride home happily.Now the bike is noiseless and the problem is solved in time.

Great service if you get the right guy. Also, need more people to help as always standing around and waiting for quite a while since there's not enough staff. If I had the chance to go somewhere else and buy an item I would have instead of waiting around the last few times I came in. Otherwise the store is nice and clean and the products are good.
