Friendly service, had what I needed in stock.
My online order was processed and delivered promptly. As well as receiving email confirmation I also received two followup telephone calls, one confirming my order, the other notifying me my order was ready for pickup, somewhat out of the norm as there often is next to n human interaction when an order is placed online.

I love the staff; they are knowledgeable and helpful. They always try to find a solution for any bike-related issue. I bought an electric bike from them in 2018, and even though it's obsolete, they found a new motor and replaced all the parts to make it work again. I highly recommend this business to all local bikers.
Clement was awesome in fitting me in and fixing my bike on short notice. As a result, I was able to get my bike in time for the T100 triathlon.
Best place to come to hands down! I’ve been here before for a bike tune up, but I came yesterday as my tires were the most flat I’ve ever seen. Long story short, they replaced my tubing and tires on the spot, and also did something to whichever part to make sure it wasn’t rubbing and making noise (which I thought the noise was normal). On top of that everyone was really friendly, fun, and cracked jokes. They are fast, efficient, and also very friendly.
Very friendly service by a staff that really wants to do their best for you. The staff can and do bring in experts such as one of the best bike fitters in the lower mainland! (Thats not just my humble opinion) If the staff can't do it them selves, they have always found a way to find someone who can.
