First time I’ve had my bike serviced here, on a deal for the Valley Gran Fondo, but I will definitely be coming back - friendly service, good communication prior to carrying out additional work and my bike has never looked so clean! The professionalism of customer service

The entire store staff went above and beyond to correct issues that were not within their control (but rather with the manufacturer). They were composed and very professional throughout the correction journey. I do believe a true test of service is when things don't go right the first time and how the store manages the correction process and client expectations.
