I was given really quick and good service when I came into the store for a rack for my bike.

I was happy to see that the bike I was looking for was in stock (Trek FX1). I walked in and was able to test ride it immediately. I was encouraged to try the model with disc brakes, although I did not end up choosing it I did not feel pushed or overly upsold which I appreciated. It was a very easy experience and I appreciated the friendly service.

I took my bike for service as I needed to install a set of new pedals. The staff is always very friendly, the service was first-rate and the price for the service was very reasonable.

Daniel was amazing. I visited the store several times over a few weeks, to try different bikes for my daughter. 2 of those bikes were specifically built to try. Daniel was polite, patient, knowledgeable and provided great advice. I was happy to buy the bike. The bike seems awesome.

The pedals on my Trek bike had been recalled and BSP was very quick in bringing some in for me despite the fact that I had waited several months to follow up on the recall. Also offered to perform software update on my bike; thank you for your excellent, friendly service!

The service is prompt, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend this store for both products and service. I’m very happy with my mountain bike purchased last year, the follow up service was excellent with no appointment necessary. I also purchased some biking shorts which are much more comfortable than others that I’ve owned.
