I was very impressed with the customer service that I received when I called your North Vancouver store to inquire about the bike that I was interested in. The salesperson went to the back to confirm the bike was in stock and then verified it hadn't been built yet. He told me when it was going to be built and available on the floor. I came in a week later and had the pleasure of working with Will, who answered all my newbie questions about e-bikes and, unlike a competitor's store, asked if I wanted to take a test ride without being prompted. It was because of Will that I had all the information I needed to make an informed purchase decision.

THe fellow who helped me choose a new helmet was great. He gave solid advice, and took all the confusion out of the choice. Previous to popping in to BSP I was totally overwhlemed by all the choices on the market, and most other retailers didn't have stock. BSP had lots to choose from, but my sales guy quickly narrowed things down for me.

Your floor staff and bike mechanics were extremely helpful and friendly when I was in the store recently, inquiring about tubeless set up. Customer service is extremely important to me, so kudos on recruiting a team that delivers and makes customers feel welcome and valued. It truly makes a huge difference. Cheers, Ian

I was able to walk in without an appointment. The shop wasn’t busy and the two repair guys were able to fix my flat tire right away - plus, give me a couple of tips on tires.

Service/staff/products are great. Could have better weekday hours though (e.g., open till 8pm on or two days during the week).
I went to pick up my online order. I ordered two shoes and hesitated to select and the person who works here named Nik helped me a lot to select the proper one.

Very friendly staff, explained options clearly. There was only one ebike that would fit my size in stock, which I was disappointed in as the prospect of driving all over Vancouver looking for what I needed was upsetting. I had already been to two other places and none had what I needed (as I am short i need at the most a 15” or 16”). However, the staff at Pacific showed me the smallest ebike they had and clearly explained the features and technical specs and asked pertinent questions. I was able to take a test spin and the bike was exactly what I was looking for. I am happy with my new ebike!
