I came in at 5 pm on Sunday with a flat tire. Blonde women told me store was closed; however, one of the guys who worked there offered to fix my flat immediately. Him and another guy fixed my flat on the spot and had it done within 15 mins. Super impressed with the two guys and the customer service they offered - was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. Needless to say, I was not impressed with blonde woman's attitude.

I was happy to see that the bike I was looking for was in stock (Trek FX1). I walked in and was able to test ride it immediately. I was encouraged to try the model with disc brakes, although I did not end up choosing it I did not feel pushed or overly upsold which I appreciated. It was a very easy experience and I appreciated the friendly service.
