The staff member I had performing my bike service/inspection for the UBC triathlon (Will I believe) was SUPER friendly, and was also really great about identifying the areas of concern on my bike and providing details on what he was doing to fix the problems.
Would highly recommend him again for how informative and friendly he was.

One look at my bike set up and Mark was able to make an adjustment to eliminate hand/arm pain that a physiotherapist didn’t catch while doing my bike fitting.
He was also super knowledgeable and educated me on what needed to be done but also why it was necessary, and caught things that other bike mechanics missed in past services.
Very friendly and helpful. Mark helped me find a lock and installed it for me.
