The employee that helped me purchase a new tire for my hybrid bike was very courteous and helpful. He opened doors as I had my bike with me, he was polite and he checked with the technicians to be sure I had the right size tire.
I had my bike serviced there a year ago and I was equally impressed.

The product options available was well beyond any we found anywhere else, and we did shop around. In the future, I would NOT bother to shop around as the price and service were beyond compare.

Great staff on shift Sunday, July 4, 2021. Helped me out a lot. Even set something aside for me while I visited a few other stores looking at other options. I did buy it in the end, but that was really nice of them, and they didn't have to do that.

Good staff, convenient hours, good locations. My go to bike shop.
My gears were slipping in and out due to my online trainer. The specialist at your shop made a small adjustment and didn't charge me. This is a big thing for me considering my local bike shop charges me for a full overhaul for something that literally took 3 minutes.
Because of your customer service, I had my gear cable replacements done at your shop on July 2 and I will continue to do business with you.

I was shopping for a helmet. Lots of choice even when product is difficult to get. Staff were helpful and gave me time to think, try ones on -which they wiped down after. Another staff person was happy to share info about lights and rides even though she would not have had any commission for a sale.
Will and the other staff were great.
