First time at your new store in Langley. I needed a better floor standing bike pump and the salesperson made a great recommendation. I stayed for a bit longer after the purchase and was given a quick tour of the large selection of e-bikes and saddles. Definitely will need to come back.

Bike I had been looking for was in stock and immediately available. Other stores had two week or longer waits for assembly and delivery if in-stock bikes.
During my first ride, I was able to rerun and get a couple of adjustments (saddle and computer display was in miles).
The two reps I worked with were super helpful!
I haven't tried the bike yet but the salesperson, Julian was very attentive, nice and knowledgeable.
