Daniel was amazing. I visited the store several times over a few weeks, to try different bikes for my daughter. 2 of those bikes were specifically built to try. Daniel was polite, patient, knowledgeable and provided great advice. I was happy to buy the bike. The bike seems awesome.

The pedals on my Trek bike had been recalled and BSP was very quick in bringing some in for me despite the fact that I had waited several months to follow up on the recall. The service is prompt, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend this store for both products and service. I’m very happy with my mountain bike purchased last year, the follow up service was excellent with no appointment necessary. I also purchased some biking shorts which are much more comfortable than others that I’ve owned.

I liked that the staff were very knowledgeable. There were lots of kids bikes available and staff allowed my daughter to try the bike out until she got the hang of it. She was frustrated at first but by giving her the time, she was able to figure out how to pedal a bike and now loves riding.
