Friendly , talented and informed employees like Mark who are listening to customer concerns and make appropriate suggestions . If I have an issue regarding product quality or warranty I’m made to feel that I’m covered and either manufacturer or retailer will get it right! Always receive helpful advice and suggestions too . Great place to buy or service a bike and accessories .

The staff appears quite knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly, they did not make an old guy like me feel like just a dumb weekend bike rider. I'm not a hard core rider but I did not feel stupid when I asked my noob or dated questions.

I have been going to BSP for years and have always received great service from great people.
The serviced my DOST e-bike this past Saturday and it’s running like new now.
People I’ve dealt with their includes Paul, Mark, Ryan, Anoek and Jade. Also a very slim blonde guy dressed in black, whose name I cannot remember. Super friendly and helpful.
To me, BSP is like a big bike shop with a small bike shop feel. I love that. No big box action here!
