The staff were friendly and very helpful. While installing a part for my ebike the person noticed a few things that were not set up quite right. He could have quite easily recommended I leave the bike and thet would call me when the adjustments were done. Instead he went ahead and fixed everything while I waited. I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail he took making sure everything was aligned correctly.

I had great service! Staff were very knowledgable and super helpful.
But, I took it home on August 25th and went to go for a ride the next day (today!) my tire is flat! I was gonna take it on my holidays tomorrow but now will have to wait. I will be calling the shop when I get back next week.
