Bicycle Habitat has the best staff. All their bike gurus are so kind and articulate. Whether they are talking to a customer who is a bike expert themselves or me a total novice, they diagnose and explain clearly what what’s going on with your bike. Then…they fix it!

Libby was incredible. Despite saying she had little time to check out my bike, she adjusted it extremely carefully to alleviate pain I was experiencing due to my seat and handlebars being too low. Highly recommend.
