The staff is always terrific and helpful. I’ve never gotten any attitude, like with some other bike shops. The repairs they’ve done for me are at a high level, and they carry quality product.

Staff can be rude & pretentious. Feels like there’s à lack of patience for beginners and I often feel rushed when in the store. Much more likely to go to the park slope location moving forward. One of the guys at Vanderbilt is very nice - unfortunately forgetting his name, but the Asian guy.

All the repair guys—especially Eric and Tim at the Vanderbilt store—have done great work keeping my bike on the road and are good dudes, too.

I came early in the morning to get a flat fixed, was in and out in 30 mins. The mechanic even did a look over on the bike since it had been a while. Everyone working there was very kind, answered all my questions, and were joyous for a rainy morning. Really happy to be a repeat customer.
