The team who fixed my bike were awesome, very fast, professional, and an absolute delight. Shout out to Tim and Eric (I don't know anyone else name, but they were great too!). Will definitely come back should I need help with anything else!

The service is terrific and I found everything I needed. Erickson the mechanic helped me out of a bind in about 5 minutes time yesterday when he spotted a cable rubbing on my tire. Great work! And the geek squad was able to fix my friend's odometer miraculously.

They’ve taken great care of my bike over the years. They are knowledgeable and kind. I’ve never felt pushed or oversold on things I don’t need. Services have always been completed within a few days which is great so I can get back to cycling!
It’s definitely a bike shop run by people who bike themselves and love bikes and it shows. Matt was particularly kind and helpful especially on very busy afternoon where he could have easily rushed through everything to get to the next client.
As someone who works for a musical instrument shop that both sells and services instruments, I appreciate their expertise and customer service.
I got an email that my repair was done. When I picked up the bike, the staff was running through what was done. On the list was "Surly Singulator" for 80 bucks. I said oh, so where's the singulator? In a moment it was determined that the item was back-ordered, and I would have to bring the bike back in to have it installed. So the repair was basically NOT done, as I had been told. I had to ask in order to get this information. I think the person behind the counter thought someone had told me this already but no. I think it's weird to pick up a bike when there's more work to be done on it. A simple phone call would have fixed this. I did get a phone call but it didn't mention the part being back-ordered. It was no big deal, I decided to get a refund for the singulator and take the bike. I live in Jersey City but I don't trust the bike stores here so it's not so easy to get my bike in to Chelsea. So basically, coordination/communication could be improved. But I am happy with the repair and will come back again.

The staff member that helped me, Taylor, was just flat out rude when I came in asking for some advice. I'm trying to learn how to work on my bike myself, and was hoping to buy a few accessories and get some advice on what specific items I need. Taylor just rolled his eyes at me with every question and didn't provide any answers. I've never received service like this at a bike shop. Every mechanic I've worked with in this city is more than willing to talk through issues and provide advice. I was appalled by the service I received here. Will not be visiting again.
