Ben, the bike technician, immediately evaluated my cycle's issue and fixed it that day. He articulated the problem and the fix in a way that was understandable. It's employees like this that will keep us coming back. We had doubted there were any skilled bike technicians in Huntsville, but we are now delightfully informed otherwise. First name removed

Turn around on bicycle service was excxellent! Only two days. First ride after service was outstanding. What a difference, bicycle performs better than ever. Customer service was cordial and professional.
The very caring staff! They go beyond the call of duty to take care of their customers and they know most by name. Ruth Marie, Michelle and Susanne know the products and listen to the customer and sell according to the customers needs. Bicycle Cove couldn't have any better staff! Kudos to them!
