My first time in, internet was down and the ladies up front were frazzled. I asked if they could “old school” check my bikes in by just handwriting my info since I had loaded up 2 bikes and brought them in. One bike was done in a couple of days. I called 2 weeks later to check on the second bike. Miscommunication, and the bike was just sitting in shop. ??? Picked it up yesterday after tune up and new tires were put on and put it in the garage. Noticed today it has a flat tire and won’t hold air. (Leaking at valve). I think I will be finding a new shop after I haul it back again to get tire fixed.

This is a great place to buy a new bicycle or trike. I purchased three for Christmas and have been amazed how much we ride. Just got my wife's bike back from her free 6 month checkup. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
