Tom’s hair is AMAZING!
I like that everyone didn't expect me to wake up and magically know everything about bicycles. I'm in the beginning stage of Mountain biking as a hobby and I don't know a ton other than how to ride and where to ride. I really appreciate how kind everyone was.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are extremely helpful and answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. During each visit they gave way more than 100% and I really enjoyed my shopping experience.

Best products and best service
Tom R built me new wheels, (Nox), we reviewed spokes, tension, spoke pattern, type of set up and ride I wanted on my bike, options for tires, tubes. We reviewed my weekly rides and why I wanted new wheels. He needed to order all the items and reviewed the wheel tension specs. He kept me informed when parts arrived. I was hoping my bike would be ready by Thanksgiving. To my surprise it was ready the 17th. I’m ready for the maiden ride on Friday.. Very Happy!!!!

New hip pack was 100% exactly what I needed for the enduro today (used a dart, bacon strips, and CO2 cartridge I was carrying in it to help out some of the kiddos we rode with). & can't wait to play with a half shell helmet that actually fits my head again - thanks to Nick for being onsite yesterday during our RCV team meeting to make a sale despite it being after hours!
