Tom is always a pleasure to work with. He is a perfect combination of knowledgeable and curious, and he's been able to help me find solutions to problems I'd given up on solving, while educating me in the process. I had just accepted that I'd just need to have rims or wheels replaced multiple times a year, and Tom worked with me to find a solution that will last much longer. He worked patiently with me as we tried several aluminum rims I was convinced would hold up, but they all failed. He patiently reminded me that carbon rims would likely solve my problems, but he wasn't too pushy about it. Eventually I decided to trust him and try out a carbon rear wheel, and I couldn't be happier. I tell everybody who will listen that they need to go get Tom to build them their perfect wheels. I can't wait until I get the money together to have him build a matching front wheel.
Ben and your bike tech are the best advertisement for Bicycle Cove. No pressure and a wealth of knowledge. I ended up spending double what I had planned but got a much better bike and learned a lot. I'll be back.
Drop prices a little? Other than that the service and help were great. By the way, the email didn't display properly, and I might have given you an 8 or 9 if I HAD SEEN THE SCALE.

The young man listened to me and figured out what I was asking for and took time to show me how it worked.
Salesperson was pretty knowledgeable and willing to go over the features of the bikes that are available. I ordered a trek fx5 sport and it came in several weeks before expected. I was also surprised to learn of the 2 free services..Overall it was a pleasant experience from Bicycle Cove in Madison, Alabama..The bike is actually nicer than I expected.

To be blunt, the customer service is down right terrible. The female half of the business (sorry I don't remember her name) is grumpy, has a poor attitude and in my opinion allowed covid to make her even more grumpy.
Example, I needed a bicycle for my son, finding one in his size was a challenge. The hampton cove store didn't have one. Bummer we left. I called back inquiring about when one would come in. I spoke with Chis on this call, oh hey I have one at the other store I can transfer. Why didn't she suggest this? This is typical attitude I receive there.
Chis (boy I hope I am remember his name correctly) has always been great. Purchased two bicycles through him.
Expedited repair of my paraplegic friend’s hand peddled bike. Such a blessing and so important for him to get back out on the greenway.
I brought in a kids bike with a flat tire. They changed the tire and performed a safety check in 15 minutes
