I was not pressured to buy anything. They had the bike I wanted and in my size in stock, so I did not have to order and wait on delivery.

The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
They tuned up both my bikes and were super friendly and easy to work with. They do not take American Express ( can’t blame them the fees are so high for small businesses!) so just be prepared with another card if you are paying that way. Will be back for all our biking needs!

I was vacationing in Huntsville from Ohio when the chain got locked up. I stopped in 30 minutes before closing with a service request, and the crew jumped in and fixed my bike by closing time. The sprocket cassette had to be removed and the derailleur mount bent back. Thank you!

I think the offer for my used bike was low. The bike was in excellent shape with little to no blemishes. The salesman/manager said that was the best they could but I felt as though this was an about profit. I still bought my new bike from them (because they had the model I wanted) but it would be difficult to send a friend there for a bike.
Kept me well informed about the repair.

Michele was excellent as usual. Got my bike checkup done, helped me with some replacement gloves, etc., but did not have the bike rack I had thought would be there. Most bike racks are extremely expensive, so I decided to forego buying one and just keep what I have. I highly recommend this store for one's bike needs.
