The Bicycle Cove staff helped me to work through a simple but challenging issue with my flat tire/tube experience. They jumped in and assessed the issue and “figured” out what was causing the flats…Thank you bicycle cove team for getting me back in the road…

I bought a new Trek late last year from BC but didn't do much with it until Spring. It was then I realized the dropper post was too tall for me, so I took it in to see what my options may be. The team was extremely helpful and offered to replace the dropper with a shorter model at no charge, which I found to be very generous. Great job ensuring your customers are happy with their new bikes!
