Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Had a lot of work done to my bike and it was complete when they said it would be. They reached out to discuss options along the way and overall I was really happy with my experience. New to Madison but I definitely found a LBS I’ll confidently do business with!

Bicycle Cove is just a great place to take your bike for service. The technicians at bicycle Cove take extreme pride in your bike and get it just right for you so when you’re out on the road or trail, you don’t have breakdowns or problems. I would highly recommend this store for any sales or service you may need. When your bike is in the shop, you always want it yesterday and it bicycle Cove they try to get you fixed up and back riding ASAP.

The service was great, everyone was friendly, but having to wait a month for some basic repairs is crazy. I figure a week for a cassette, pads and cables would be tops, but I agreed to the wait period up front. Mea culpa.

The service was very good and friendly. I love the bike I purchased from here, and when I couldn’t fit my bike in my car, I quickly bought a bike rack inside and Steve at the front counter helped me put it on my car. Very great place. 10/10

We always visit Bicycle Cove for anything bike related, bicycles, accessories, service, etc. The folks here are always willing to assist us and answer our questions. We recently purchased two new bikes here and have shared our experiences with our fellow bike riding friends. They may very well be visiting the store soon to purchase a new bike as well.
Bicycle Cove provides the highest quality sales and service I have experienced with my Trek bicycle. With this most recent service they succeeded in restoring my older high miler bike to a pristine appearance and timely replacing needed parts with the best parts and workmanship.
