Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They even stayed opened a few minutes after closing for me to pickup a last minute replacement chain. That act allowed me to spend the afternoons with my sons riding Monte Sano Sunday afternoon!

They took my bike in, immediately assessed it, came up with a plan to fix it, estimated the cost, and were very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Told me it would take 10-12 days to complete but was done in 8 days. Picked up the bike and the cost was exactly as they assessed in the beginning. Work looks like OEM and functions as such. I will definitely go back!
Another great trip to the bike shop. Everyone was so helpful in getting my 2 year old his first bike. Would highly recommend any to go there.

Bicycle Cove is an excellent and trusted product and service provider to our family! Their excellent communication skills help with the decision process for repair vs. purchase. My 13 year old son David also enjoys the attention from the staff and test riding some of the bikes!
