I ordered a bike from Bicycle Cove that I saw online on clearance, a Marlin 7.
Rather than ordering online I opted to go into the store so my son could be fitted to ensure we ordered the correct size.
I placed the order in the store and paid a down payment.
My son and I were set on that color and the price.
About 5 days after ordering I was contacted by the store to tell me the bike I ordered was not available despite having 6 in stock at the time I purchased the bike. I was informed by the woman working that the store manager failed to actually place the order that night or in the morning. Despite the store causing this fault, they refused to offer me a Marlin 7 at the clearance price. I only had the option of a Marlin 6 in a color that my son really wasn’t very happy about.
I felt the store should have done more to make it up for me since they failed to properly place the order. As a result I had to settle for a bike that didn’t really meet my specifications.
I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and I wish I would have just ordered the bike online myself and I would have gotten what I wanted! Name removed, Phone number removed
Took my Trek Marlin 6+ E-bike in for 6 month service. Service was done in one day. Bike came back clean and ready. Gears are smooth, brakes responsive. All free of charge (purchased my bike at the cove). Love the bike. Perfect for my needs.

I recently brought in a front tire with a damaged inner tube valve and expected to leave it for later pickup.

I went to the Madison store looking for a specific bicycle rack and a new bicycle. The service was very helpful. Staff gave me lots of information and allowed me to try some bicycles. When I decided on a bicycle, it was not available in that store, but they offered to have it brought from the Owen's Crossroads store. I preferred to get it same day, so they called the store to reserve the bike and offered to have the rack available there, for my convenience. At the Owen's Crossroads store, they were also extremely helpful. They checked the bicycle out, talked me through how to use the dropper post and brakes, then helped install the rack on my van, demonstrating how to use it. An excellent experience. The rack and bicycle are both fantastic. The customer service was at least as good.

I’m not sure what keeps me coming back. Is it the off-the-charts service and hospitality? Is it Cassius’s tank tops? Maybe it’s Ben’s finally coiffed hair? Zebulon’s general enthusiasm for life? Nah, it’s the fact that every time I leave Bicycle Cove I feel a level of enlightenment only achieved by Tibetan monks after decades of meditation.
Ben was very helpful, had great knowledge of bicycles, and was able to provide exactly the type hybrid bike I wanted! I highly recommend Bicycle Cove Madison.

Family owned business with 2 locations in the Huntsville area. Staff on site were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I came in to pick up a new bike, already had one in mind but they took moment to confirm that it would meet my needs. An out-the-door inspection was performed and an adjustment was made on-site to correct a minor manufacturer defect. They also include a tune-up inspection after the break-in period for new bikes so the the level of support and aftercare shows me that they're invested in their customers and local biking community. Thanks for the help!
