I phoned to arrange for removal of a tricky bottom bracket, from my very first contact I was treated like a valued customer. The guys in the workshop were great and with a fair bit of sweat and some mild swearing they had the offending bearing removed, and the frame threads tapped and cleaned. They gave me advice on which grease to use in future to avoid the thread sticking again. I would 100% recommend whether you’re buying a bike, components and especially if you need service or repairs.

The showroom is vast and there is a fantastic selection of both bikes and equipment. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always on hand to give advice and show you a product without any pressures to buy. I recommend them to everyone, we bought two bikes and some equipment and will be definitely use them for servicing, and further purchases. Outstanding!
