Mark and Barry at Ridgeway Cycles couldn't have been more helpful recently when I purchased a Trek Powerfly as a surprise present for my husband's significant birthday.
It is obviously a serious investment and they were incredibly patient with all my questions and full of good advice and information. They were also brilliant when the bike arrived - setting it up and even delivering it before the big day. One of the reasons that I decided on Trek is that I wanted a trusted local dealer who really understands these bikes and could support us with repairs etc. I had looked a several other brands but am so pleased that I went with Trek as I know we will get great support from Ridgeway Cycles and my husband is beyond thrilled - he has gone from the equivalent of a Fiesta to a Ferrari and there is now going to be no stopping him!

Bought 2 bikes for my 12 year old boys. The staff member we met (Aoife - I think) was very knowledgeable and took time to ensure the boys were getting the correct size bikes. This was a different experience to other shops we visited.
