Getting service from people who love bikes, it makes a massive difference 1) they know what they are talking about and 2) unlike a certain chain who sell bikes, do not see customers as a chance to squeeze revenue at every opportunity. When I come in with a bike problem I have the confidence of completely trusting them to give me the best advice and service.
