Required a Derailleur Hangar in an emergency, they had it and supplied immediately .
First time I had used these guys - my Specialized bike needed a full overhaul and I thought I might need to buy a new bike . They said no it was more economic to repair. I had tried other shops was told it would take 3 weeks these guys had it ready in 3 days and it came in under budget. Friendly helpful service when I dropped it off and picked it up and they also said to bring it as back in after a few rides to tighten up cables etc - brilliant from start to finish will delude them again and 100 percent recommend them.
I was very happy with the service as I explained I had ordered a bike from another store but was then let down by them letting it go.
The staff a Canterbury were very helpful and the bike was in store and was ready to be collected at the end of the week.

Once the voucher came through again, the team were super helpful arranging shipping. Bike was delivered in a few days, top quality build and packaging. Delighted with the bike and the whole experience.
