It's just nice to still have a bike shop that you can visit and view all the bikes on sale; it's becoming a rarity and is so important for bike fit and broader selection. A nice range of bikes on sale, and knowledgeable staff on hand to help. Paul and Ian were excellent in the process to get my 13yo son a new bike, and I wanted him to experience the thrill of selecting a bike and collecting it from a shop rather than the soulless online version.
I recently purchased a Trek SL5 bike from James and Alex at Veloline, Farringdon, who were both approachable, helpful and very knowledgeable about the bike. When I collected the bike, they set the bike up for me and got me to do some short test rides to ensure the bike felt comfortable to ride. I appreciate their help and will visit Veloline again as-and-when I need to in the future. Many thanks for your support again and excellent service. First name removed.

I have taken my bike into the workshop quite a few times and the lads are always happy to help, knowledgeable and willing to have a chat about the issues I'm experiencing with my bike, the prices are fair and most often the bike is ready to collect the same day! 10/10
