Wow, what a set up!
Great vibe - I arrived to look at some sizes on a new Trek Madone and there was a lot of riders in. Friendly atmosphere nothing too much trouble.
After a test ride decided to purchase with James - no pressure just good honest knowledge and advice.
If I lived nearer would definitely join the club rides!

Great customer service from the member of staff I dealt with today. Very informative, no question was too stupid and he went over and above what I expected. I cannot remember his name, but i will make sure I do when I follow up servicing my bike with cycles Uk moving forward.

Excellent service. I purchased a new wheelset and set of tyres for my road bike from Veloline. The assistance I received was second to none and time was taken to provide me with advice which was much appreciated given my limited knowledge! Fitting of the new wheels was very quick and included within the price. Very pleased.
