The engineers who service our bikes take an intelligent interest and try hard to get the bikes serviced quickly. They keep us informed of what needs doing now and areas of wear and tear which will need attention soon.

I purchased my trek emonda from a cycle shop I'm Letchworth, however they were taken over by another company. After finding myself a bit stuck with where to take my bike I decided to take it to the trek store in at Albans. This was one of the best decisions I've made as the team are absolutely fantastic, welcoming, knowledgeable and can't do enough for you. We are all on first name terms now after being there quite a bit now as the team look after my bike servicing, reccomeded new tyres which were a game changer and generally just help when I need it. I was so impressed I reccomeded my father to buy his bike from the store which he did and I'll continue to reccomed the team to anyone else asking me for anything to do with bikes.
