We had two brilliant days of riding rental bikes in the park. The staff were really helpful and offered advice on the bikes and where to ride. The bikes were in excellent condition - both the Trek and Specialized emtbs were really fun to ride. We’ll definitely be back.

Fast friendly service. Took a wheel in for repair, was advised that next available booking for a repair was the next week, happily left the wheel with the repair / service team. Within 1.5 hours, received notification that all done...... can't get any better than that.

Whenever I go to the shop the guys are always very helpful and sometimes go the extra mile to make sure I am happy about their service. Also they always try be quick no matter how busy they’re and the prices are very good as well.
Fantastic service from this establishment. I bought an electric bike using the cycle to work scheme and the process has been easy and painless. The only issue that I have had is with the courier company who for some reason can’t find my address. Dan from the bike company has been on there case and will be hand delivering my bike shortly. So I highly rate this company.
